Анна Оганджанян окончила Ереванский Государственный Университет, факультет Богословия и Религиоведения. В 2011 получила степень кандидата исторических наук (Теория и история религии) от Института Археологии и Этнографии НАН РА, защитив диссертацию “Рукопись “Ключ Истины” и ее историографическое значение.” В 2016-2018 окончила докторантуру (post-doctoral) в Центральном Европейском Университете в Будапеште (CEU, факультет Истории и Медиевистики в рамках программы ERC “Oттоконфессия” по теме “Конфессиональная динамика армянских общин в Османской и Сефевидском империй в ранее новое время.” В 2018-2019 окончила докторантуру (post-doctoral) в Новом Европейском Колледже (NEC IAS), по теме “Армянская полемика с магометанами в ранее новое время.” В 2005-2016 преподавала в ЕГУ, на факультете Богословия и Религиоведения. С 2013 старший сотрудник Института древних рукописей “Матенадаран” им. Месропа Маштоца. С 2024 старший сотрудник Музея-института Геноцида Армян.
