About
Born on 7 September 1992 in Yerevan, Republic of Armenia, he graduated from school No 125 named by Smpad Piurad in 2009. In 2014, he obtained Bachelors of Laws Degree (LLB) from French University in Armenia, and 2 years later Master of Law Degree (LLM) from the Public Administration Academy of the Republic of Armenia․ He continued Master’s studies in Indology, obtaining another Master’s Degree from the Institute of Oriental Studies of Russian-Armenian University in 2020. He is currently enrolled as a Ph.D. student in the Russian-Armenian University.
